About Inventory
Has your facility not kept up with records and an up-to-date inventory of what you have on hand? Or perhaps you’ve accumulated surplus reagents that are just sitting on your shelf and you have no idea what these even are. Avoid surprises and accidents by hiring a professional company to conduct a compressive inventory for you.
The Inventory Service is our inventory program. CHEMWISE will visit your company’s location and will conduct a comprehensive inventory of chemical materials located at your facility. Whether you have thousands of reagents or just a few we can help you out!
The Cost & Process
The cost of the service is $1.85 per item inventoried. A $35 per hour charge and an associated stop-fee applies.
We require a $250 deposit in order to begin the inventory process. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid prior to scheduling your date of service. Once the inventory is complete you will receive an invoice for the remaining payment. As soon as this payment is made the digital inventory file in your “my account” section of the website will be available.
Once we receive the deposit you will be able to access our scheduling calendar where you will be able to select the date and time of service. Simply schedule your service date and we will handle the rest.
After the inventory has been taken a digital copy will be provided to you in Excel format. This file can be retrieved from the “my account” section of our website.
If you happen to also need disposal services along with the chemical inventory CHEMWISE provides a credit for the amount of the inventory service fee that was paid on your invoice towards the disposal costs.
